You order will be processed and completed in an estimated 3-4 business days. Under extreme weather conditions, unsettling political scenarios and other unforeseen events, slight delays are expected.

We currently do not ship overseas and we only operate through COD mode of payment.

Cash on Delivery charges are separately added to the order at the time of checkout. In case of any refund claim or exchange, delivery charges will not be refunded.

COD charges are compulsory and will not be waived off or discounted in any sales or promotional discount codes.

• All jewelry items must be stored in a dry, protective packaging
• No damp cloth or cleaning wipe should be used to clean your jewelry pieces
• Avoid contact with chemicals (sprays such as perfumes and hair products are main cause of discoloration in jewelry pieces)
• Some metals such as German silver and pure silver tend to oxidize over time and that is unavoidable. In order to restore them to there previous form, use a dry soft cloth to buff off the deposits.
